The school provides bus service for the convenience of the students. Students who opt for the school bus transportation have to avail the bus facility throughout the academic year.
Students must register for the bus service in advance.
Fees should be paid on time as per school policy.
Route changes for a short duration will not be entertained. If required, prior approval from the school is mandatory.
Students must be at the designated pickup point on time.
The bus will not wait for latecomers.
Boarding and deboarding should be done in an orderly manner.
Students must remain seated while the bus is in motion.
No shouting, fighting, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
Any damage to bus property will result in penalties.
Keep hands, heads, and belongings inside the bus at all times.
Do not distract the driver.
In case of any emergency, contact the ayahs (bus attendants), not the driver.
Emergency exits should only be used in case of an emergency.
Ensure their child reaches the pickup point on time.
Inform the school of any transport-related concerns.
Unauthorized persons are not allowed to board the bus
No student who has less than 75% attendance to his/her credit in a particular academic year shall not be considered for promotion
Just as parents/guardians expect communication from the school, the school expects communication from parents/guardians if a student is absent. The transport office should also be informed in advance about their absence Parents /guardians must e-mail the Principal to ask for permission to take their children out of school for periods of more than a few days. If a student knows that she/he will be absent, the student should ask her/ his teachers for work to do during the time she/he will be away from school.
The school does not encourage parents to meet, teachers directly in the classrooms or in the staff room or waiting them in the school corridors. In case of emergency or any problems parents must get permission from the principal to meet the teachers
